How it Works

Our non-permitted item return service reunites you with items which are not allowed to be taken through Toronto Pearson Airport security.

We offer Collect on Return and Delivery for items deposited in the non-permitted item bins. A fee is charged for both services.

Collect On Return Service

For collect on return please visit from the Left Luggage store in the same terminal where your item was deposited. Charges start from the day your item is deposited in our bin and the exact storage cost incurred will be calculated at the time of pick up. Payment is made when you collect in-store. Please remember to bring your 'Non-permitted' item return receipt and valid ID when collecting your item. Our collect on return prices are detailed below

Delivery Service

If you prefer we can deliver your item to Canada, USA or internationally. After you non-permitted item has been collected we email you to request payment for delivery. Payments for delivery can only be made online via credit card. Please note that some items not suitable for delivery will be available for collection only.

Our indicative prices for delivery of small items are displayed below. For larger items we will provide a quote on application based on the weight and dimensions of your item when suitably packed for transit.

Please note*
The Delivery Prices tariff applies to small items and “sharps” (scissors, Swiss army knives, tools) only.
The small item delivery prices are available ONLY where no extended service area surcharge and / or extra size / weight fees are incurred.
For other items the delivery price quoted will be dependent on item dimensions / weight and delivery destination

All items are stored for a maximum of 30 days only. After this time period If items have not been collected or delivery paid for they will be disposed of.
